 Regina M. Schlatter J.D., Advisory Board Member, is counsel in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Orange County Office. She represents public, private and non-profit corporations, as well as other entities in corporate, securities, corporate regulatory, executive compensation, corporate finance and contracting matters.
Ms. Schlatter has extensive experience advising public and private corporations on securities law compliance and reporting, executive compensation, employee benefit plan design, registration and regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. Ms. Schlatter also has a broad range of corporate experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, going private transactions, secured lending, debt and equity offerings, private placements and general corporate representation of non-profit clients. Her public corporation representation includes FileNet Corporation, Health Care Property Investors, Infonet, Interpore Cross, Peerless Systems, ResMed, Southwest Water Company, The Sands Regent, Varco International, Watson Pharmaceutical and Weider Nutrition.
Ms. Schlatter is a member of the firm’s Company Representation Group and Employee Benefits Group.
