Linda Barlow, CFP, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of
WISE, has more than 30 years experience in the financial services industry. She is a Registered Investment Advisor, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and a Certified Tax Specialist and has taught at California State University, Fullerton and the University of California, Irvine.
Named one of Bloomberg’s Top Wealth Managers every year since 2002, Linda is a frequent guest on public television and has often been quoted in the Orange County Register. As past Chairman of the Financial Planning Association, Orange County Chapter, she also serves on the Board of Directors for Women Investing In Security and Education (WISE), WomanSAGE, Mariposa Women’s Center and Flying Doctors of Mercy.
Ms. Barlow has licenses in life, health, and disability insurance, and is a notary public. She has a Master of Science Degree in Financial Planning from Southern States University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/ Accounting from LaSalle University. |

Helen M. Olson, Ph.D.,
V.P. Fund Development and Wise Founder,
is a founding member of the Invest in Yourself Conference and is
Founder and Founding Chairman of WISE, Women Investing
in Security and Education, a non profit foundation
formed in 1999. She was the 1999 and 2000 Invest In Yourself Conference
Chairman. Dr. Olson currently focuses on managing investments
and on teaching and speaking. She is retired from a career in molecular
biology and clinical chemistry having published extensively in those
areas.
Dr. Olson is a founding member of a mid-county investment club and
has assisted with the formation of two additional investment clubs
in San Clemente. She is founding President of the San Clemente Sand
Dollar investment Club. Dr. Olson is a director of the Orange County
regional council of the National Association of Investor’s Corporation(NAIC),
and teaches stock selection methods and analysis for the NAIC. In
the past, Dr. Olson was honored as UCLA Graduate Woman of the Year
and taught at UCLA. She serves as a volunteer and has presided over
numerous organizations particularly in the educational community. |

Lynn
Kozlowski, Vice President - Marketing, WISE Investors Newsletter
Editor-In-Chief,
Ms. Kozlowski was honored in 2006 as WISE Volunteer of the Year for her contributions to the organization and as a NAWBO “Remarkable Woman” Honoree for WISE.
She has served on the Board of WISE as Vice President of Marketing and as Editor-In-Chief for the WISE Investors Newsletter, since its formation in 2000. She is also a founding member of the Annual Invest In Yourself: Financial Strategies Conference for Women in which she has served since 1997 as Public Relations Chair and currently, Marketing Communications Chair.
As a founding director of the Orange County Regional Chapter of BetterInvesting (formerly NAIC), Lynn has served on the board since 1995 as Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations. Since 1999, she has served as Editor of the BI OC Chapter Newsletter and is a member of the BI OC Model Investment Club.
Ms. Kozlowski has over eighteen years experience in retail management, public relations and marketing and is employed with South Coast Plaza as Executive Administrator, Domestic and International Markets.
And since 1990, is co-owner of Colorcraft Custom Painting & Wood Staining with her husband, Steve.
Ms. Kozlowski is graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising & Public Relations, and has also earned a Certificate in Marketing & The Media from California State University, Long Beach. |

Dorothy
Heide, Ph.D., Chief Financial Officer, is the Associate
Dean and Professor of Management Emeritus, College of Business Administration
and Economics, Cal State Fullerton. The school is the largest undergraduate
business school in California and second largest in North America
serving over 7,500 students.
She serves on the Board of Governors of the University's Patrons
of the Library. She is also on the Editorial Review Board of the
SAM Advanced Management Journal published by the Society for the
Advancement of Management. |

Angi Christensen CPS, Board Secretary, has more than 25 years of extensive administrative service. She works for the City of Santa Ana as Secretary to the City Manager and works closely with the Mayor and City Council. She earned her CPS (Certified Professional Secretary) certificate in 1987 and has been an active member of IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals) since 1985. She served as president of the local Orange Empire Chapter in 1995 and 1999 and has received many honors, including President’s Award, California Division Award, OEC Secretary of the Year, and the Distinguished Chapter President’s Award.
While working as an Executive Assistant in the JC Penney Regional Office, she was asked to join their management program. After she graduated from the program, she was promoted to Merchandise Manager and worked in several stores throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.
She attended California State University, Long Beach, and enjoys the friendships she has made and maintained with her high school and college friends. She is a devoted grandmother of four and enjoys traveling with her husband and taking a yearly camping trip with her children and their families. Also, she enjoys walking, recreational reading, and traveling with her girlfriends.

Marji Adams, MBA, Board Member and Membership Chair, has been actively involved teaching break-out sessions at the Invest In Yourself conference for the past seven years. She is Past President of the Orange County Chapter of Better Investing and remains on the Board of Directors as an instructor. In her teaching role for Better Investing, she teaches both beginning and advanced workshops and conducts investment club visits. She is founder and president of Trustee Partners, Inc., a firm specializing in the administration of personal and family trusts. She received her undergraduate degree from U.C. Riverside and her MBA from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University. She most recently completed the Personal Financial Planning curriculum at U.C. Irvine, including investments and estate planning. Ms. Adams also spent 15 years in research and development for an international computer software development firm. She is an avid golfer and has been actively involved on the Board of Directors for Executive Women's Golf Association, Orange County Chapter for seven years. A native Southern Californian, she has lived in Orange County for the past twenty years. |

Consuelo
Mack, Board Member, joined CNBC in 1998 as part of the
network’s strategic alliance with Dow Jones and is one of the most
accomplished women in business journalism.
In
addition to being CNBC’s senior correspondent, she is also anchor
and managing editor of “The Wall Street Journal Report” -- positions
she has held since 1987. Winner of an Overseas Press Club Award
and nominated for an Emmy Award for Excellence in Background and
Analysis, “The Wall Street Journal Report” is a nationally syndicated
business, financial and economic news program, distributed and
produced by CNBC. The half-hour weekly newscast provides the clarity,
depth and insight of ‘The Wall Street Journal” in a television
magazine format.
Additionally,
Mack has been anchor and editor of “The Asian Wall Street Journal
Report,” a weekly business program syndicated throughout Asia.
She also hosted the 1996 PBS documentary series “Emerging Powers”
and the 1994 PBS special “Pacific Rift.”
In 1986, before
joining “The Wall Street Journal Report,” Mack was anchor and
executive editor of “Today’s Business,” TV’s first nationally
syndicated daily business news program. She has been a contributing
reporter on NBC’s “Today” Show, and from 1982 to 1986 was founding
news editor and co-anchor of the ACE Award-winning “Business Times,”
a live hour-long daily news program on ESPN.
Prior to her
television career, Mack held a number of research and money-management
positions at prominent Wall Street investment firms, including
Merrill Lynch and Mitchell Hutchins. She is the recipient of an
Outstanding Young Women in America Award and a Media Award for
Excellence in Advancing Financial Understanding presented by the
New York Chapter of the International Association for Financial
Planning. Mack was recently honored by the Women’s Economic Round
Table with their first Lifetime Achievement Award for Women in
Print and Electronic Financial Journalism. Mack graduated from
Sarah Lawrence College with a bachelor’s degree in English literature,
history and political science. |

Darlene March, Board Member and WISE Education Chair , is President of March Media Relations. Over the course of her career, Ms. March has
cultivated highly sophisticated media relations strategies and
publicity programs targeting the financial markets and the
investment community.
Ms. March has worked extensively with financial book publishers,
authors, investment advisers and mutual fund portfolio managers to
develop effective communications channels to their respective
audiences through national financial news outlets.
She has developed and conducted several successful book and
investment newsletter promotion campaigns, including the national
promotion of the New York Times best selling book, ChangeWave
Investing. Her nationwide publicity campaign for the Fabian Lemon
List was instrumental in generating more than 10,000 media and
customer inquiries.
As a specialist in media tours, event management and speaking tours,
Ms.
March has conducted a number of highly successful tours in major
financial markets, including Chicago, Florida, Ls Vegas and San
Francisco. She has booked her financial adviser and portfolio
manager clients at numerous national conferences and on major
financial news broadcasts.
Her clients have appeared regularly on CNBC, Fox News Channel, CNN,

Julia
W. Rappaport, Ed.D., Board Member, is an Educational Consultant.
She holds a doctorate in Education from USC and a Master’s degree
in Administration. She is co-founder and past president of the Bulls,
Bears & Ladies investment group, has founded two additional
groups and has served as consultant in organizing new investment
clubs. She is a member of the Protocol Commission of the Orange
County Office of Protocol & International Business Development
and is designated as Deputy Chief for Education. She serves on the
Advisory Committee to the California State Dept. of Education and
the National Advisory Committee to the American Horticultural Society.
As a charter member of the Center Club she serves on the Board of
Governors, the Executive Committee, several additional committees
and has initiated a number of Club programs. In addition she maintains
an active role in regional performing arts organizations, travels
extensively with her husband and as an avid experienced gardener
enjoys her garden of flowers and vegetables as much as she enjoys
the challenges of investing. |

Dr.
Victoria Collins, Ph.D., CFP, Invest In
Yourself Conference Founder, a principal
in The Keller Group, has been named among the "best financial advisers"
in the country by Worth Magazine for five consecutive years. Recipient
of the Outstanding Business Woman Award by the Orange County
Business Journal, Victoria serves on the Orange County Register's
financial experts' panel. Dr. Collins has written or co-authored
six books, most recently Best Intentions: Ensuring Your Estate
Plan Delivers Both Wealth and Wisdom. She's been interviewed
on Good Morning America, CBS News, CNBC, PBS and quoted in the Wall
Street Journal, Business Week, USA Today,

Jane Hall, Ph.D., Advisory Board Member, is an internationally
recognized expert on the economics of regulation and the environment.
She has published more than 60 governmental and agency reports,
journal articles and book chapters on a broad range of topics, including
national economic policy, the Asian economic crisis, and the economic
costs of pollution. Her research resulted in a book, Air Pollution
and Regional Economic Performance: A Case Study (1997, JAI Press).
She has made presentations throughout the United States and in such
countries as Australia, Thailand, and Belgium.
She
is Professor of Economics at California State University, Fullerton
and Co-Director of the Institute for Economic and Environmental
Studies. She has also served as the Acting Dean of the College
of Business and Economics. She was named Cal State Fullerton’s
Outstanding Professor for 2000-01 and was honored with a California
State University Wang Family Excellence Award in May 2001. She
has also been a leader in campus governance, serving two years
as the Chair of the University’s Academic Senate. Her Ph.D. in
Energy and Resources is from the University of California at Berkeley.
Dr. Hall serves
on several U.S. Environmental Protection Agency panels and committees
including the Economics and Assessment Workgroup of the Children’s
Health Protection Advisory Committee, the Science Advisory Board
Council on Clean Air Compliance Analysis, and the Health and Ecological
Effects Subcommittee. She is also a member of several statewide
committees including the California Air Resources Board’s Innovative
Clean Air Technologies Advisory Committee and was vice chairwoman
of the South Coast Air Quality Management Advisory Council for
nine years. She is also on the National Academy of Sciences Committee
on Air Quality Management and the Scientific Advisory Committee
for the Southern California Center for Airborne Particulate Matter.
She has consulted for a number of Fortune 500 companies. |

Pulliam Weston, Advisory Board Member, is a personal finance
columnist for MSN Money and author of the question-and-answer column
"Money Talk," which runs in the Los Angeles Times' Sunday
business section and in other newspapers throughout the country.
She appears weekly on CNBC's Power Lunch to discuss money issues.
Formerly a personal finance writer for the Times, Pulliam Weston
is a graduate of the certified financial planner training program
at University of California, Irvine.

Regina
M. Schlatter J.D., Advisory Board Member, is counsel in
the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’
Orange County Office. She represents public, private and non-profit
corporations, as well as other entities in corporate, securities,

Ms. Schlatter has extensive experience advising public and private

Webster, Advisory Board Member,

all in the Southern California marketplace. She is active in

leadership role for several nonprofitorganizations. Ms. Webster is
currently serving on the Board of Directors forthe California Art

practice also includes assisting clients in registering and
enforcing trademark rights in the U.S. and in foreign countries,
