Many of us occasionally have an inner dialogue that can sabotage our ability to move forward. This happens to many in our role-identified society. The answer to "what do you do?" usually brings a response like, "I am a Teacher" or "I am an Attorney" or "I am a__fill in the blank __. So, what are you when aren't that role anymore?
