Tammie Arnold, 
Founding Partner, Alpha Ledger Technologies, Inc.

Ms. Arnold is a Founding Partner of Alpha Ledger Technologies, a company which leverages technology to connect all people to fundamental investment opportunities that strengthen communities and improve quality of life.

She has 30 years of experience in the investment management industry, including a focus on the economic and investment implications of sustainability dynamics. Tammie spent four years at Generation Investment Management where she was a member of the Management Committee and Remuneration Committee. She developed and led the firm’s global client team, developed the strategic communication plan and contributed to the evolution of the research framework. Tammie also spent 20 years at PIMCO, where she had responsibility for PIMCO’s global sustainability initiatives, led the global advisory business, served as Head of Global Wealth Management, was Co-Head of the Product Management Group, and served on the Executive Committee.

In addition, Ms. Arnold is Member of the Board of Directors of the World Resources Institute, and received a BA in Finance from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is also a CFA Charterholder.

Ashley Bleckner, CFP®, MA, Ellevest

Ashley Bleckner is a Certified Financial Planner and has spent her career focusing on helping women reach their goals and build their wealth – with an impact. Ashley joined Ellevest after spending nearly a decade as a financial advisor within the RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) /fee only world. Ashley has a unique understanding of the emotions and complex decisions during life’s transitions. Ms. Bleckner received her BS in Business Economics from Miami University and her MA in Economics from Bowling Green State University. Ashley also volunteers her time working with the youth and the underserved population in the area.

Marty Dutch, Vice President, Philanthropy Services, First Foundation Bank

Ms. Dutch serves as vice president for First Foundation’s consulting group. The consulting team was created to offer unique services to high net-worth clients. Providing philanthropic planning, foundation management, and multi-generational consulting to insure family legacy. The team manages over 20 private foundations, facilitates family meetings and advises families in strategic philanthropy. In addition, she manages the Supporting Our Communities initiative – a program that helps nonprofits strengthen their organizational and fundraising capacities through cash grants and in-kind consulting services.

Prior to joining First Foundation, Ms. Dutch served as Regional Director with The Heritage Institute. In this role, she guided ultra-high-net-worth families through the multi-generational planning process. Before following her passion for philanthropy into the consulting field, Marty spent more than 25 years in Marketing and Sales for Johnson & Johnson and various promotion agencies in Southern California.

Ms. Dutch is an active member of Orange County’s philanthropic community. She is a founding board member of Orangewood PALS, an auxiliary of Orangewood Children’s Foundation and serves on the Anaheim Family YMCA Board, Safe Families Board for Olive Crest, and on the National and Local Board(s) of Advisors in Philanthropy.

Ms. Dutch received a BA in Speech Communications from San Diego State University and is a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
