Julia Rappaport

Juila is an Educational Consultant. She holds a doctorate in Education from USC and a Master’s degree in Administration. She is co-founder and past president of the Bulls, Bears & Ladies investment group, has founded two additional groups and has served as consultant in organizing new investment clubs. She is a member of the Protocol Commission of the Orange County Office of Protocol & International Business Development and is designated as Deputy Chief for Education. She serves on the Advisory Committee to the California State Dept. of Education and the National Advisory Committee to the American Horticultural Society.

As a charter member of the Center Club she serves on the Board of Governors, the Executive Committee, several additional committees and has initiated a number of Club programs. In addition she maintains an active role in regional performing arts organizations, travels extensively with her husband and as an avid experienced gardener enjoys her garden of flowers and vegetables as much as she enjoys the challenges of investing.

WISE was honored to one of 3 recipients of the Volunteer Appreciation Award by Girls Inc. The award was presented at a beautiful luncheon at the Disneyland Resort which Darlene March and Jan Walsh attended. WISE has been supporting and sponsoring many various activities and workshops for Girls Inc. since 2014. WISE is grateful to be a partner with Girls Inc. assisting girls of all ages to be Strong, Smart, and Bold.
