As founder and lead planner of Rausch Weddings + Events, Ashley combined her communications expertise with entrepreneurial leadership, building a full-service event planning business from the ground up. She oversaw business strategy, client experience, vendor partnerships, and event design while delivering seamless, highly personalized experiences.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University. Known for her strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments, she brings energy and professionalism to every endeavor.
