WISE is celebrating 10 years of Tearing Down the Pink Wall. In 10 years, WISE has hosted 20 Pink Wall events with more than 10,000 participants! In 2025 alone, more than 400 students joined our events in-person and even more online!

Women, Careers & Finance
Our Tearing Down the Pink Wall (PW) series brings together college-aged students with accomplished women in the finance who share their career journeys, insights on investing, and real-world experiences. Through candid conversations, engaging Q&As, and meaningful networking, these events create space for connection, confidence, and opportunity.
More than a panel discussion, PW has grown into a movement focused on expanding access, increasing visibility, and creating pathways to financial literacy, mentorship, career opportunity, and leadership. Guided by the belief that “She can be what she can see,” the PW series helps students and professionals connect with leaders whose experiences can inspire what’s possible.
Throughout the years more than 10 of our Pink Walk Event panelists have been on the list of Barron’s 100 Most Influential Women in Finance!
