
Jessica Deller-Hubbard

Jessica Deller-Hubbard is a nonprofit executive and education leader with more than two decades of experience advancing educational access, youth development, and organizational growth. She currently serves as Executive Director of Breakthrough San Juan Capistrano, a community-based college-access organization supporting first-generation students from middle school through college completion and into career pathways.
Her career is defined by building and leading high-impact education organizations and informed by a broad understanding of systems, policy, and equity. Known for her strategic vision and results-driven leadership, Deller-Hubbard has led program expansion, strengthened governance and fundraising infrastructure, and driven measurable outcomes for the communities she serves.
Deller-Hubbard holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, a master’s degree in educational leadership from Nova Southeastern University, and a juris doctor from Western State College of Law.
