Voice for Girls event at Newport Beach

On May 2, 2025, WISE proudly participated as a Bronze Sponsor of the Voice for Girls event hosted by Girl Scouts of Orange County at Newport Beach Country Club. With a theme of Female Empowerment: Supporting the Next Generation, the event brought together community leaders, sponsors, and changemakers to celebrate and elevate the voices of young girls making an impact. 

WISE has proudly been a partner of Girl Scouts of Orange County for more than a decade and was honored to serve as a sponsor of this inspiring event. Our shared mission—to empower young women with the confidence, education, and support to lead—was on full display. 

Attendees heard from Girl Scouts who are already making a difference—leading initiatives to educate classmates about financial literacy and address mental health stigma for student athletes. Their efforts have resulted in real community impact, from outreach to fundraising, proving that today’s girls are tomorrow’s leaders. 

The event concluded with a keynote from Emily Calandrelli, the 100th woman in space and host of Xploration Outer Space. She shared her journey through NASA, tech, and television, encouraging attendees to embrace bold opportunities and pursue their passions—no matter how unconventional. 

WISE was honored to stand alongside Girl Scouts of Orange County and fellow sponsors in supporting the next generation of confident, capable young women. Events like Voice for Girls are a powerful reminder of what happens when we invest in girls: we invest in the future.
