Janelle Metzger

Janelle has 20 years of global experience across human resources, operations and strategy. With Latina roots from Honduras, she co-founded Aneuvia with the simple belief that diversity isn’t about counting numbers – it’s about making the numbers count. Janelle’s deep passion for diversity and inclusion, coupled with her strategic forte in investments is highly sought after by clients.

Janelle is an advocate for diversity and financial literacy, both inside and outside the office. She is an active Board member of Women Investing in Security and Education, an organization that promotes financial well-being for women. Janelle’s philanthropic efforts support women and veterans transitioning back to the workplace, as well as special-needs children.

Janelle received her MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration from the University of Arizona. Janelle’s certifications include: Series 65, Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Fjord Design Thinking.
