Ani B. Packard, Executive Director | Visionary Women


Ani is Visionary Women’s inaugural Executive Director, joining the organization with extensive experience from the private, public, and philanthropic sectors. Previously, Ani was a Senior Policy Advisor at L.A. Unified School District, Presidential Liaison for Special Initiatives and Governmental Relations at The Cleveland Foundation, and a Senior Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates, an investment consulting firm for the public sector. Ani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University and a Masters in Education, Policy, and Management from Harvard University.



Dawn S. Reese, Chief Executive Officer | The Wooden Floor 


Dawn S. Reese, is the Chief Executive Officer of The Wooden Floor. She is a social innovator who leverages her unique blend of experience in business, technology, education, and the arts to propel young people forward. During Dawn’s 15-year tenure, she is responsible for increasing the organization's annual operating budget by 76%, and the Endowment Fund by 344% to ensure more students have high quality programs and services to reach their dreams for higher education and beyond.
